Our Loan Offer

 

Retail Loan Retail Loan APR 19.90% for a loan amount of 2,000,000 HUF with a term of 48 months.

The APR has been determined based on the specified loan amount and term available for the loan type, differing from the provisions of Section 9 (1) of Government Decree 83/2010. (III. 25.) on the calculation and publication of the total cost of credit indicator.
Fixed annual interest rate: 18.29%. Handling fee: 0 HUF. Term: 9, 12, 17, 24, 30, 36, 42, or 48 months. The loan amount that can be requested ranges from 25,000 HUF to 2,000,000 HUF. Required down payment depends on the purchase price: up to 500,000 HUF, no down payment; from 500,001 HUF, a minimum of 20% of the purchase price.

Terms and Documents

 

 Loan applications can be submitted to our Bank by individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Natural person
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Permanent residence in Hungary
  • Documented, regular income
  • Direct contact availability via landline or postpaid mobile phone at the residence address
  • For employees: direct contact availability at the workplace or place of work via phone
  • Active employment without being in a probationary period or under termination

 

Required documents Documents necessary for credit evaluation:

  1. Documents proving identity and address
    • A valid Hungarian permanent ID card or valid personal ID card and address card, new card-format driver’s license and address card, or
    • A valid passport and address card
  2.  Additional document
    • Valid tax ID card
  3. Documents proving income

 If you are an employee

 An employer’s certificate of employment that is not older than 30 days, stating a minimum of 3 months of continuous employment with the same employer, in the form provided by Magyar Cofidis Zrt., or equivalent, including all relevant information
Or
 The last 3 statements of the bank account where the income from employment with the same employer for at least 3 months can be clearly identified in both purpose and amount. For pension verification, the last monthly bank statement is required.

 If you are self-employed or a company owner

 For entrepreneurs, company owners, non-employee managers, individual entrepreneurs, and family business employees, an income certificate from the tax authority is required.

 If you are a farmer

 For farmers, an income certificate from the tax authority is required.

 If you are retired

The last pension slip or a bank statement from the account where the pension is paid, not older than two months, clearly identifying the pension in purpose and amount. For permanent disability or rehabilitation benefits, the decree specifying the duration of the benefit must be provided.

 Beyond the above, the Bank may request additional documents. In the case of other income-replacement benefits, the Bank decides on creditworthiness based on individual assessment.

 Applicants without employer certificates (entrepreneurs, non-employee managers, family business employees) are not eligible for loan applications.
